WHATS NEW WITH ZACHY
Here is what I am up to lately!
Zachy started and finished pre-school this year. He did wonderful!
He has had his 10th lazer surgery. Now it is up to his parents as to wether or not they will keep doing the surgeries. They tell us he will need at least 10 more surgeries to get rid of the port wine stain all together.
I know how cruel kids can be, so that makes my heart say do it. But the way he gets so scared makes my heart say NO WAY!!
His parents have a very serious decision to make. I am glad I dont have to make that decision!

Zachary is getting older. That happens! But the thing about that is he is starting to remember the trauma he goes through every 3 months.
As much as my Daughter & Son-in-law (Zachy's mommy& daddy) hate to have they're son on the drugs. They Have to, to make it easier on him.
Right before his 8th surgery he had a terrified look in his eyes. And it broke his Mommy & Daddy's hearts. They contimplated stopping the surgeries. But that just wasnt a choice.
As happy as Zachy is, this is getting real old for him! And if I could I would take his place in a minute!
I want this perfect little boy to have a NORMAL life! He deserves it! My daughter & son-in law deserves it. They are the stongest couple I have ever incountered!
His next sugery will be in 3 months. That will be the middle of August. Right after his birthday.
